I asked ChatGPT:

Based on everything you've seen me write, post on and what you know about me, what belief do I repeat that sounds empowering... but might secretly be sabotaging me?

This was its reply:

Oof, that’s a powerful question.

Reading between the lines of what you’ve shared and the way you express yourself—with deep passion, heart-led purpose, and a desire to serve through creativity and connection—I’d say one empowering-sounding belief that might have a shadow side could be something like:

“I want to touch hearts and bring healing through my creativity.”

Now, that’s beautiful and true to your calling. But here’s the potential sabotage hidden underneath:

If healing **others** becomes the measure of your worth or success, you might undervalue your own needs, pace, or the sheer joy of creating without a "purpose." You could end up over giving, over-explaining, or even hesitating to show up unless you're sure it's going to bless someone else in a tangible way.

This gave me some food for thought and something to guard my heart against.

I've reframed it and this is what it looks like now:

“My creativity is a sanctuary. I show up in it for love, not approval. When I create, healing happens—whether for others, myself, or the atmosphere itself.”

  • My creativity is healing, first and foremost, because it brings me into alignment with God’s love. Whatever flows from that is sacred, whether or not I ever see its impact.
  • My expression is valuable simply because it’s real. Healing may follow—but it doesn’t have to lead.
  • Even if my work speaks to no one else today, it still spoke to me—and that’s enough. My voice matters.
  • Creating for myself is sacred. It fuels what I pour into others—and keeps me connected to God’s voice in me.
