Painting Techniques
I was just playing around with brush strokes, techniques & colours today.
1. Brush strokes, techniques & colour mixing with student acrylic.
2. Just some simple brush strokes with a student grade paint.
3. I bought some primary colours of the Liquitex Heavy brand to test. Just a few brush strokes to see what they look like when dry.
4. The last image was meant to compare the primary colours from 3 different brands of paint. I love how it turned out after playing around with the card to do some lines & scratches on the still wet paint.
This was probably not too bad an outcome for mere practice & I must admit I'm getting better at appreciating my own work.
