22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

• The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is a biblical term that sums up nine attributes of a person or community living in accord with the Holy Spirit
• The fruit is contrasted with the works of the flesh.
• Scripture teaches us to live in the spirit which requires walking in the spirit.
• Not walking according to the flesh & its lusts.
• Our freshly desires are often contradictory to the Word of God & then we have the choice to follow the Word or give in our desires.
• God's Spirit lives within us to help us walk in His Truth.
