Country Cottage

Last week we did a cosy cottage in watercolour pencils.

Well that quite a challenge & tested my patience to the utmost. I thought later I should have done a bigger cottage& left less space for foliage. Watercolour pencils are more time consuming because you have to make every mark twice, once with pencil & then again with a wet brush to activate the paint.

For homework I did this one over the weekend whilst we were away in Northland for our anniversary...
